I hope Henrik Sedin wins the Art Ross.
Ovechkin needs four points tonight to beat him.
Ovie just needs 3. tie goes to the guy with the most goals. but i hope the Bruins keep him off the scoreboard. it'll help Henrik and it'll help Stammer
A tie means they share the award.
Is Modano the greatest American player ever? Chelios? Tkachuk?
His wife is singer/actress Willa Ford, and yes, she was in Playboy in March 2006. :2 cents:BTW, Modano's wife is a serious babe. Was she in Playboy?
Actually, you're right, I seem to remember Jagr winning it over Lindros one year because he had more goals than him. They should change that rule now that the Maurice Richard exists.
Any Chance Stamkos duplicates Vanek's four-goal game to get to LeCavalier's single-season goal record?

Housley. Dude went right into the league from high school. He would go from one end to the other through a whole team when he was at South St. Paul. The Gretzky of Minnesota hockey. :hatsoff:
I think Modano is the greatest American of all-time, but that might just be because I like him so much. Phil Housley is obviously up there with any other American player, but guys like Joe Mullen and Pat LaFontaine have to be considered, as does Brett Hull if you look at him as American, which I do because he chose to represent the United States after not being invited to Team Canada's training camp for the 1986 World Championships. He's a dual citizen, just like me, so I understand that sometimes you do have to choose which citizenship to go with, and he chose American, so that's what he has to be considered when you look at his hockey career.
I think it would easily be Hull because of some of the astronomical numbers he amassed, but there is the dual citizenship thing like you said. He did play college hockey for the Bulldogs, which was cool. I'm partial to Housley because of being from his area.
Hull was a monster goal-scorer in his prime. Three 70+ goal seasons, including an 86-goal season in 1990-91. That is ridiculous. I just don't like him, which is why I go with Modano, but talent-wise Hull was probably the best American player ever.
Poor poor Henrik Lundqvist. He stops 46/47, but his team cannot score to save their playoff lives. Rangers are out and Flyers are in.
