I posted something similar a couple pages back. Winnipeg really is a shithole (from what I remember), but like Minnesota, if they get their team back they will absolutely pack the f-in stadium every night. That is a fact. The Wild have sold out every home game they have ever had. I'm glad Winnipeg is getting a team despite it (probably) going to be the farthest team from any other team when they do get the Jets back. It's just so...nowhere.

They will be in the Wild's division with Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, and Colorado. Soooo, the division would re-align and it would be one US state (Minnesota :D) and Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton? That would be bananas. :D Fuckin' A.

Several things - I know you posted this a while back, but it became more likely today with the talks breaking down. So that's cool

Also, Winnipeg has cleaned their shit up. It's actually a fairly nice city with a growing economy.

Wouldn't they have to do some division changing if this was the case?

I do hope they get it.

That would be fuckin' dope though: Winnipeg, Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary and the Wild. Talk about rivalry central. Give me more of a reason to get back up to Canada more often (I know, I know you guys want my kind up there, taking all your ladies). :D

It would be nice, in some ways, to have the Canadian teams mixed through the divisions a little more, but you're right, what a that's just amazing rivalry.

You're right. They would probably mix Vancouver up with the West coast and do some other realignment. Four Canadian teams in one divison would be kind of overkill.

Hawks need to close it out in Vancouver tonight. I don't like our odds if we have to return home to The United Center for game seven. We've been able to get it done on the road. Let's hope that trend continues tonight.

My beard is spoty in places as well, which pisses me off. But honestly, I've never really tried to grow it out...don't really wanna look like a troglodyte with all the females around on campus. Totally not their thing. I go goatee though most of the time and it is perfect. :hatsoff:

Chicks dig well groomed beards. It creates mystique, and the possibility of moustache rides without having only a moustache and looking like a creeper.

Remember, lurker > creeper.

Moving to a trailer in Fife, AL.
I wonder how long before one of the Florida teams packs it in. All I hear out of Tampa is how few people show up to support the home teams. Without a bunch of corporate headquarters, the money just isn't there to sell out the stadium every night.

Especially in the Sunshine state where there are many more options for the discretionary dollar.
