The official song of the 49ers...
Wow, it's pretty obvious that Seattle doesn't know how to win with class. Clearly, they can't act like they've been there (before because they haven't). Sherman is a punk. Straight up. A perfect example of a player behaving like his coach. I can't wait to see them get thoroughly shredded by Denver.
Congrats to all the Seahawks bandwagon fans (the only kind they have) and enjoy this run while it lasts. Everyone outside of your obnoxious city will be rooting for the Broncos.
I can see the Broncos winning this 27-14. There offense just has too many options and will keep them on the pitch for a long time, which will tire the Seahawks defense then Manning will take advantage. I just don't think the Seahawks offense is playing good enough at the moment to cause the Broncos problems, But if they can get Lynch going to may be able to make a game of it.
Due to the wisdom of the NFL, weather will most likely play a factor (not so much snow, but frigid temps and high wind). That would tend to favor the defense and the running game. Advantage: Hawks.
There's no reason to play this game, we already know who the winner is. You really think the NFL is going to let Manning lose?
Substitute Manning for Jerome Bettis and it wouldn't be the first time.
I'm not just saying this because I'm local, Seattle got robbed in 2005. For the first time in the history of the superbowl, the team that gained the most yards, led in time of posssession and won the turnover battle lost the superbowl.

Roger Goodell loves to cash in on his "stories" doesn't he.
One giant egomanic, twisted, evil son of a bitch!!
I say bring the fix just ring Peyton's bell and lets take that trophy home!!!!
Go Seahawks!!!
I'd love to see it unfortunately Denver will be able to hit you with illegal picks all game long with zero flags thrown. I find it laughable that New England was hit with the flag when they tried it but Welker was allowed to take out Talib with no consequences, the league is a fucking joke now.

I've just watched the highlights of that game. Those 2 touchdown decisions where shocking, completely changed the game IMO but the Hawks did make a lot of mistakes as well. Whether or not they played well enough to win is debatable but those decisions certainly didn't help there cause. This year there has been a lot of debatable calls made by the refs, when I watch the Superbowl this year I'm certainly going to be keeping my eyes on the refs.
The trouble is that things like this pretty much happens in every sport, so you can't really know if something is going on behind the scenes or not. The refs have got to start improving and being more consistent in their calls, they also have to know the laws by heart. Take the Seahawks vs 49ers last weekend and that call with the kicker that was called a foul everybody knew that when you take out a kickers standing leg it's roughing the kicker and when you take out his kicking leg it's a foul (well everyone apart from the refs apparently). How they didn't call it was just plain baffling. That call could have changed the game as the Seahawks went on to score when the 49ers should have had possession.
Also that hit on Talib I didn't think there was anything wrong with that, just 2 people running close and coming together. But as you say if the refs have been flagging it previously then it should have been the same again.
I think the NFL could improve by using the same group of refs for each of the games. Mixing them up all the time is why you get inconsistency because everyone has there own idea of the rules, whereas if there the same ones for each game teams will be able after a while to figure out the refs and the calls they make and the calls they don't make leading to more consistency.

How so? Welker didn't hit him high in the head area, he didn't spear him with his helmet, and he hit him almost the instant the ball made contact with the receiver. How was that against the rules? The league even confirmed afterwards it was a legal play. Do you have any reason within the rules to think otherwise? Unless you think a wrong call should be made again because a wrong call happened some time in the past it doesn't make sense.
There is an old saying that's similar to this. Don't chalk up to malice or conspiracy what can be more easily explained by incompetence.
I also find it amusing that somebody would think before Manning was an epic choker incapable of winning big playoff games, but now he has some NFL conspiracy on his side to make him win. Yeah, like that happened so much before for him, like this is the first excellent year he has ever had and he's going to be the NFL poster boy for the next 15 years.
