Nasty Stingers ! . . damn ! :(

Just keep these things away from Obama's new "national civilian police force" ! Seriously though, this makes it too convenient for police forces to not have to confront issues on a face to face basis, just stand back 50 feet and let 'er go. I don't like it at all !!

Time to get in good with a solid reputable P.I. Attorney at this point. :yesyes:

I still don't think they will catch me. They don't get out of their cop cars when it's -20F unless they see you. I actually doubt they'd get a nice shot off when it's cold and dark out.

Everyone knows this can't be good. Some rookie will screw up and hurt someone who was innocent. Someone is going to make 6-7 figures in the next coming years.

Conspiracy...
The police can't handle the responsibilities of the taser guns.

So, they make a taser shotgun!?

Makes sense.

Good news for Facial King! :1orglaugh

I hope thats me!, I'd take a shot from one of them if it meant that I could buy a house, fix up BOTH project cars, buy my wife her dream expedition/Lightning....AND pay for my kids college!:D

I'm glad to see nerf guns are making their way into military applications.

but seriously a 100 foot range? i'm no gun expert, but I seem to recall that even a skilled shooter with a pistol is to going to have a hard time getting accuracy at 100 feet, let alone with a standard high-velocity shotgun slug, so I really doubt that you are going to get much performance from a low-velocity projectile like these things use.

With a shottie you'd hit everyone BESIDE the target. They'll have an interesting time explaining that. Eh.

The secret ingredient? MY BALLS
It delivers the same Neuro-Muscular Incapacitation (NMI) bio-effect as our handheld TASER X26, but can be delivered to a distance of up to 100 feet, combining blunt impact with field proven TASER NMI.

It can only go about 30 yards? What's the point? They obviously made this with the intention of using it during riots and to help with crowd control, but...30 yards? What a waste.

I'm waiting for a rifle version so I can remotely taser-snipe fuckers from 1/4-1/2 mile away. It'll be the ultimate win.

The muzzle velocity and energy required for suck a thing would instantly turn 'less lethal' into 'reallyexpensivebullet' and even if you were to strictly shoot at that distance ONLY.. the accuracy would be ... the bullet drop-off... and dont forget... ::grumble grumble:: But it's a good idea for gears of war 3. :p

Except.. as I recall Sam Fisher from Splinter Cell already has a bullet like that.

My whole post was tongue-in-cheek, but it would be cool as hell. I'm almost positive there was a device in Splinter Cell (though it's been a LONG time since I played one of those).
