Lebron Flames is the most over-hyped player in the history of the league. Yes, he is good, but the hype has made the bulk of us nauseated everytime we have to see his ugly ass.

Don't be hatin', as the saying goes.:D I'll admit that he is a bit over hyped, but so is every player who has ever been remotely considered to be the second coming of Jordan. No one is gonna live up to that. His shoes are way to big to fill. Also, anytime one player can make or break a franchise, you'd best believe the hype machine is gonna be at full capacity. Such is the case with Lebron in my opinion.

The real MVP is wearing a Heat jersey.

Now that is some Chicago BULL!

The MVP of the series so far is wearing a Heat uni, but there was no question who the league MVP was this season. D-Rose may be having a bad stretch, but to wanna take his award away is just sour-ass grapes. And you wonder why Heat fans get no love... you can't give em' shit.

SMFH.

C'mon, you had to expected it. When you win MVP there is an instant target on your back. Right now Lebron and Dirk are doing the things expected from Rose and the Bulls.

Honestly I'm not really surprised because I've seen this story the past two seasons. The Bulls and their fans were too naive to think it would happen to them.

What do you mean?

I'm not sure of what happened at the trade deadline, but it didn't appear they did anything to make a move to get a legit #2 or #1 scorer. I guess the Bulls felt a PG that shoots 43% was all they needed. There's more to basketball than defense and rebounding.

wow the heat are really playing great right now. lebron did an exellent job guarding drose. heat mavs for finals. nice. hope the outcome is like in 06.go heat

Where the hell are they gonna get this legit #2? No team wanted to give the Bulls a good SG. Who would do that? The Bulls were not gonna trade a core piece to do this, look what happened to Boston...

Stop acting like the Bulls are where they are just because they rebound and defend. It's clear that you did not watch Bulls games this year. Why do you constantly feel the need to totally diminish the Bulls accomplishments do get to this point, and take every bit of credit from the MVP (YES, THE ACTUAL MVP) Derrick Rose? I'm starting to think rwill25 is an alias used by Skip Bayless!

I would've liked to have seen them get a legit 2 guard and I knew they were close to picking up O.J Mayo or Courtney Lee. However, it would've been stupid for them to basically blow up their team for one player. I read that teams were asking for Deng, Gibson and Asik. This team's window isn't closing, it's opening. They are going to be good for at least the next ten years so it makes no sense to go out and blow up your team for a role player.

I'm not the only one who thought this, they were talking about this on ESPN yesterday. It seems the Bulls have a lot of guys who are athletic and play D, but no one (except Rose) who can create their own shot. Icecold just named a couple of guys the Bulls could have picked up. I'm sure if the Bulls really tried they could have got someone, but they were satisfied by what they had.

And what did the Bulls accomplish? Did this team win a title without me knowing it? Like I said early in this thread... you can't win a title in the regular season. Ask Lebron.

Sorry if I expect more from the "MVP". Lebron clearly had the better season, but because he wasn't clutch, D-Rose won it by default (though, he did deserve to win it). D-Rose had multiple opportunities to put that game away but he couldn't. If Lebron played the way D-Rose did last night we would be DESTROYING Lebron. But D-Rose gets a pass because we like him. He's the MVP, expect criticism when you don't play like one.

If you look in the NBA thread last year I was probably saying the same about Lebron.

The thing with the Bulls is that they need at least three players to have good games to expect to win. Specifically, they need Rose, Boozer and Deng to have big games to expect to win. What's troubling me is that in game four Boozer scored 20, Deng scored 20 and Rose scored 23 and yet that still wasn't enough to win. The problem for the Bulls in this series is that their bench has been outplayed by the Heat's bench. Coming into the series everyone knew that the Bulls bench was their strength but so far Miami's has shown up. In game two Haslem was the spark, in game three it was Haslem and Chalmers who made shots and in game four Mike Miller scored off the bench.

Mike Brown is officially in as the new coach of the Lakers. great regular season coach, but i hope he doesnt center the offense on Kobe the way he did on LeBron when he was in Cleveland. The lakers will keep winning but playoffs, i cant be too sure seeing Mike Browns history.
