You Might want to consider that she could very easily cheat on you if she gets an urge, where as most women wouldn't act on that urge. Being an ex porn actress, it would be easy. Is she going to be happy in a monogamous relationship? I would consider that if you are thinking of the long term plan.

The other issue would be if you have any kind of insecurities about how you perform. Are you going to be enough for a porn star? Are you going to wonder if she is acting or really getting off? Some men can handle it, but some may not be able to.

Yes this can be an issue, though most often before the deed is actually done. It's also worth remembering that technical skill alone doesn't insure she'll be sexually secure, particularly if there's an emotional component to that sexuality.
