My girlfriend mentioned to me a while ago that she wanted to get breast implants. Needless to say, I am extremely excited about this! She's 5'2" and a 34B right now. I think she would look great with a 34D just like my favorite pornstar Rachel Roxxx. They are both petite girls with similar body types. I wish I could just show her a picture of Rachel and say, "That's what I want them to look like!" I'm not sure she would like that approach. :boobies:

Who is paying for this? I hope you won't be sucker and foot the bill. That's for chumps. Now if you are married to her, then that's a different story and I'm all for playing with bigger tits.

Unless a woman's chest is horribly deformed, or say, mangled from breast feeding, or if the woman is interested in getting into porn and feels like bigger boobs will get her more money, I don't really see the point. The desire for larger breasts just indicates, IMO, a lack of self-confidence and a negative self image. Bigger boobs are just artificial - pun kind of intended - self-confidence, that will simply attract superficial, materialistic, and insincere/negative attention from others.

Well, I want bigger boobs. Sure, it'll boost my self-confidence, but probably not for reasons you think. (My left boob is slightly bigger than my right boob, and it's bothered me for years. Most men can't tell a difference but it seriously affects my self-image.)

There's a website that helps girls raise money for their implants, guys go and donate to particular girls, etc. I've really failed to make a dent in the fund. Not to mention, I have something called costochondritis, and I'm not even sure a doctor would perform the surgery.

No matter how bad I want it to happen, maybe it's not for me. :dunno:

To the OP, try to help your fiancee do some research. Find testimonials from other patients Other posters had it right, the surgeon makes the difference! Good luck to her!

This will happen after we get married. We will both probably chip in to pay for it, and maybe even use some of the money we get from the wedding.

She just wants them bigger, which is fine by me. This procedure is so common that I'm not too worried about it, but finding the right surgeon is very important.

I'd recommend JustBreastImplants.com they have an AMAZING forum on there, with hundreds of girls and even doctors who post too. Great community and it might be beneficial for your lady to hop on there and chat with other girls who know their stuff so she can figure out some of the decisions she's gonna have to be making (how big, what surgeon, silicone vs saline etc etc)

Thats not really a fair statement. Just because a girl has confidence issues with a certain part of her body and wants to fix it, doesn't mean she's shallow.

I agree that she doesn't need boobs as big as Coco's, but I'm worried about her being afraid of getting them too big and not getting them big enough. She's a 34B now. How can I convince her to at least get some nice D cups?
