Hopefully she's doing the surgery for HER and not because of you wanting her to look more like a pornstar.

That being said, do your research, find a good surgeon. Maybe chip in and pay for part of the surgery since you'll be getting all that enjoyment from them, and be a good bf and take care of her ass after surgery because she could be in bed for weeks recovering. Good luck to ya!

Her Surgeon thought one was starting to leak, allmost a year later, so she had the original Silicone ones taken out and Saline ones put back in place. She loves them, and I did too. She was a 36B, went to 36D Silicon, then 36DD Saline, medium frame, 5'8", 126lbs. New Girlfriend is Nice 34C, tight, bulging 34B. Your GF just needs to find a VERY GOOD SURGEON!!! And she'll need help when she comes home from having the Surgery! Suck It Up & Do The Drains!! Be Her Hero!!! It's a big decision for her to make first. Then what Make, Type, any other procedure like Nipple Work? She has to think first, then do. It's kinda like a allway's seen Tatoo. Help her get it right the first time so she'll LOVE EM!!
