1. Roll up your sleeves, there's work ahead. Whether that's rebuilding a party that got decimated November 8th, or having to get a job because your about to get kicked off a free ride, buy some work boots, it's about to get sweaty.
2. Stop ******. We deserve the election results we get. Don't like it? See #1.
3. Grow a sense of humor. It's not all bad and if you allow your life and fate to be dictated by Washington, see #1.
4. Try to look at things through a different perspective. That's my focus right now, learning as much as I can about the world view of those that just rose to power. Take a cue from SNL, whether they realized it or not, done it on purpose or not, the following video is how liberals need to adjust to the new reality and react when they see or hear something they might disagree with-
And always refer to point #1 above. That's really the most bitter pill to swallow!
