One way to go might be what I will call 'Proxy Sites'. They are websites which provide anonymous gateways in order to visit any site via a frame in them.
We used these when we worked and wanted to visit pages that were off limits by company rules. The concept and the view is like a browser inside your browser.
I predict a big comeback of these. You can't hold us down!

I saw a comment that actually was about net neutrality, but ut says a lot about the weight that David Cameron and his party are laying down on themselves - if the politics go into full effect, this will make people see - and mind you, every day, as people like to visit adult sites VERX often - how little the party in conttrol cares about them. You can put lots of laws and regulations into effect, and the voters will be slightly annoyed, but shrug it off sooner or later. This one will be a CONSTANT reminder.
This will cost Cameron his job. And any wise politician will know what he needs to change soon to get people on his side, or be off, too
This really sucks.
Unfortunately in my experience, even the world over, all a politician has to do to keep being elected is to be slightly less terrible than his competition to slightly more of his constituents than the other guy. Being competent, improving people's lives, upholding people's natural rights, or caring about others doesn't really come into it.
I am very busy on my site, making all sorts of improvements, I can't wait to wheel them out and show you!
