If you want to use media player to play the video, you will have to download codecs for it, they can be found here at: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/DirectShow_FilterPack.htm or here: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/ffdshow.htm
Unfortunately, I have no control over drop box or your internet connection speed.

I Found a player that it works on MP4 player is great just downloaded and the sound is great!!!!
That's good. I have found if your computer has the space that it is good to have several players to use
It works perfectly in VLC player.

VLC is an excellent upgrade to Media Player.
Hiya DB....I was able to watch and hear the video just fine using the GOM player I have installed. It plays most anything....have a look and check it out for yourself man!!

Then the Windows Media Player played it just fine

Yeah see what happens is MP4 is an Apple product, so you need something other than media player like Quicktime(Apple) or the codecs for media player, Microsoft used to give you the codecs to download but now they basically quit doing, supposedly the new media player(version 12) can play MP4 but I have found it doesn't play the audio. That's why I always tend to have several of the players around so I have options if one doesn't want to play

Thinking about the codec and video problems, I find it only fitting that this specific file sorted it out.

Ok, where's the end of the video at? I watched it to the 15 minute mark and BOOM!! Just ends on me! I got out my Magic wand all for naught!

id recommend downloading it again. your original download might have gotten interrupted.
