I want to say it's from the 80's or 90's. A group of military women go into a building and then for some reason they start telling each other stories. One was a flashback to a guy pretending a teddy bear had a penis (by using his own) and tricked the girl into giving him a blowjob. Another story was about a secretary...I think.
