Max Hardcore

I always thought he looked nice. Well, that is given if we knew nothing about his films and didn't judge him based off of that. I am sure most of us would think he was typical South-Western guy going about his daily business.

But since we know he does what he does in his films many can't get past that and find him creepy, nasty, or whatever.

i looked but the page kept coming up as an error so thats why i posted.

There was one guy who posted about Max Hardcore when he was freshly sentenced. That was a huge troll thread and so was the OP. That thread is probably locked and in FO history now.

This seems to be a bit more legit and civil. :hatsoff:

i guess i"m always a bit late when it comes to news.

You're not in the wrong 322. That thread I speak of is months old, locked, and the member I believe is either banned or learned his lesson and realize he is not cool enough for Freeones :D

Those past three threads are from 2005, 2007, and 2008. The 2007 thread being the humorous one out of them all.

This thread is after he finally got his sentence while the others are just hateful diatribes against him. Apparently a lot of people keep Max in business or else he wouldn't have been around as long as he has. And I am sure once he gets out of prison he will continue making porn videos.

This is in the same line of if you do not like listening to someone on the radio, TV, or if you don't like what a magazine says. Simply do not expose yourself to it. Simple as that. If you do not like the channel you are watching, you change it. If you do not like what is on the radio, you change it.

If you do not like the videos Max is making, don't expose yourself around them and everyone will be fine. Whoever likes them will continue to watch them.

Porn is porn.

The word obscene is a very sketchy word anymore. To some people porn is obscene in a whole while to others prostitution is obscene. Some folks think church services are obscene.

I don't know if this topic has come up or not but I'll ask about it.

I was just wtaching t.v. and saw some porn special on nbc. They had a part in there where they speak about Max Hardcore and how he has to serve 46 months for indecency and I think it was ten counts. Also they mentioned about how porn was illegal to produce and ship within the U.S. along with putting up websites.

If this is true, why is there so many porn sites up? I really don't know much about the porn industry so any feedback is appreciated.

Thanks

Interesting topic, IMO. Here's what I posted after I saw the same show that you did.

Here's the kicker, since obscenity is determined by local standards and is prohibited by Federal and state laws, it's the opinion of Patrick Trueman, formerly of the DoJ, that most pornography businesses are breaking the law as soon as they cross state lines or distribute their material on the internet. The ONLY thing stopping the U.S. government from shutting down everything from adult book shops to hotels that show pay-per-view XXX is a lack of desire to do so.
