Max Hardcore Saint or Sinner?

I believe the US is a free country and as long as he is within the rules of his area he is entittled. However, I dont know the rules and what he has done to brake them. I have not yet seen any of his work either. The only thing I know for fact is one of my favorite pornstars use to work for him and died recently Anastasia Blue. I have heard you either love his work, or hate it, and that there is no middle. I will get some of his stuff, watch it, and report back in a few days. However, I dont think it will make me change my outlook which is if he broke the law, or if there is evidance of such, he needs to be tried by his peers and they will come to an agreement on the facts presented. I really wanna see what all the "fuss" is about.

1) We should see/or know what exactly he was accused of?
2) We need to know what the jury's verdect was?
3) We need to know why the came to that conclusion?
These things really need to be known without bias from either side. Just facts. Then we can make a intellegent comment. I hate commenting about heresay. I still wanna see his work though.

He was legitimately done by the letter of the law it seems, but it was all probably just a smokescreen really, to get him for his type of pr0n.
Ok, That is not quite detailed enough, but at least sheds more light on what they accused him on. So what is considered porn, and what is considered obscene. I guess that is a matter of opinion, and thats what is in question.
