More of these incredible sea scallops! This time I simply seared them and laid them on a bed of roquette (arugula) and then drizzled them with a tangy and spicy jalapeno vinaigrette dressing!
This is a great summer salad that's healthy and delicious!
What You'll Need:
scallops
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
roquette (arugula)
1 Jalapeno (seeds in if you want it spicy)
So good with a nice spicy zip!

When I checked the crab trap on my dock I couldn't believe how huge the 4 crabs in there were! Blue crabs don't get enormous but these were as big as any I had seen! So I boiled them up and ended up with a nice pile of sweet flaky crab meat! I wanted to try something new so I got a couple of avocados from the grocery that honestly sucked. I was really disappointed in them, and it made me miss the awesome avocados in California!
I made this into a dip with some baked tortilla chips and it was amazing!
What You'll Need:
Lump Crab meat
2 Avocados (Buy the California ones!)
Onion
Tomato
Jalapeno Pepper
Bacon Bits
