Breakfast for dinner should be done more often then what the norms dictate. I had to watch the part near the end when your eyes went through the camera on your tasting.

Beer is a spray bottle. Genius.

That chicken salad is very much the same to what I make except for the creama. I'll give that a try for sure.

A useful tip: I like making cold salads for my eatings at the track. Since I'm using my hands for turning pages of my program I don't make sandwiches but rather scoop the stuff out of the bowl with a nice firm cracker. No utinsels or plates sitting on my lap necessary. Also, while I'm making the salads I don't clean the mixing bowl when I start to make the next salad. The same mayo/spice mixture leftover on the sides is just as good on the egg, potato, or tuna salad that I'm going to make next. Just like you used the roasted chicken, I'll plan on extra KFC or $1.69 fresh fried chicken breats from the hot counter at the supermarket for mine. The seasoning is already in there and I eat what I'm peeling off that doesn't go into the salad.

Come on Mariah. It's summer time. Come with Bob to the help rebuild the Jersey shore starting at Monmouth Park.

if you buy quality meat and season it properly you shouldnt use charcoal EVER. it overpowers the flavor of the meat plus anytime fat drips you lose flavor.

I dont make sandwiches all the time when boating. I like to eat it as is with a fork.

I was going to call this a "Dutch Burger" but then realized it might not really be Dutch, just something that the Dutch people living on the island of Curacao have created!
It's so good and so simple with just a little twist on the traditional burgers we are used to here in the US.
What You'll Need:
Ground Beef
red onion
Soft Cheese (I used Camembert!)
mayo
Sliced Cucumber
pepper
sea salt

This has such a fresh taste and the cucumber sets it OFF!!

It seems that flatbread is the new thing, as they are on every menu and tv commercial I see! I had yet to try one so when I saw that they were selling flatbreads at the supermarket I decided to give it a shot. I wanted to make something a
little different but traditional so I decided on goat cheese pizza on a cedar plank! I gotta say, it was incredible!
What You'll Need:
flatbread
tomotoe sauce (leftover)
goat cheese
red onion
basil
cedar plank
pepper
sea salt

The cedar plank added such a great flavor!!

The flatbread looks great. I'm not the worlds greatest goats cheese lover so I would swap for mozzarella. Fantastic pic on post 1645 by the way :)

I agree! I thought it was a joke the first time I heard it or someone was trying to pull my leg! My favorite is to place a hot steak on it so it cooks the roquette a little and it gets a nice peppery flavor. Awesome!

I'll be in the lower Exumas which is a chain of islands in the southern Bahamas. the entire island has a population of 80! so it is going to be very quiet and relaxing! I'm going to film some ceviche videos with conch and lobster and fish as well as some banana wrapped stuff on a beach fire. there are hundreds of little deserted islands so it will be really fun! :)

1/4 watermelon
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
diced red onion
feta cheese
sea salt
baby spinach

Being Italian I grew up eating angel food cake. My grandma used to make it from scratch which I have yet to do successfully. Maybe someday! But to have it with a drizzle of chocolate sauce on it is to die for! I saw that my Italian bakery had one so I had to have it!
Did you know that angelfood cake is fat free? Yup! So I bought it and started thinking of ideas. So with some fresh berries and a lot of whipped cream here's what I came up with!
What You'll Need:
Angel food cake
whipped cream
blackberries
raspberries
blueberries

This was so CRAZY delicious I can't even put it into words!!
