I have to say that that steak looks pretty good. I am now hungry and it is still 3 hours to lunch!
Lunch today is left over from what I made at the weekend - Harissa marinaded lamb, mushroom and red onion kebabs, grilled under a high heat for 3 minutes a side.
The Harissa was home made - Chillies, garlic, cumin seed, corriander seed, carraway seed, some sea salt and olive oil all bashed together in a pestle and mortar.
No picture, I'm afraid, but it was extremely tasty served with basmati and wild pilau rice.
next time Larss snap a pic! That sounds really interesting and I would love to see it.
I found this on my phone - it must have been the heated up leftover the next day.
and this was lunch today. Very simple chicken wings all jointed and marinaded in Dunnes River Jerk Seasoning and a good splash of Lime Juice for 24 hours before roasting at 160C for 45 minutes. Made the night before and simply reheated in the microwave.
