I had scallops raw right on the boat with a squeeze of lemon and a shot of hot sauce, sauteed with lemon garlic & butter and then on pizza last night. They are so fucking good but I think I'm scalloped out for a while


Suwanee River natural spring-fed constant 72 degrees year round beautiful.

Checkout this beautiful 2 pound cut of Prime rib had it at a local restaurant here that specializes in prime rib. It is ridiculous!

you cook it more than that you ruin it. Many quality steakhouses won't serve steak cooked more than mid-rare. Its either rare or mid-rare or they won't sell it. Prime rib mid-rare is one of my favorites!

It doesnt get much better than this. Dry-aged prime porterhouse medium rare. Basted in a cast iron skillet with butter garlic & rosemary and finished under the broiler. Perfection.

This one was mid rare inside also. it was BEAUTIFUL. Dipshit LOL just kidding. You can eat it any way you want for all I care. I just hate seeing good quality beef wasted by over cooking it. This steak in the picture was $70. If you cook that more than mid rare you ruin it. Even medium is too much. But to each his own right? xo

if you ever thought American cuisine couldn't get much worse, here's proof that it can. My friend has a foodie page on IG http://instagram.com/bornhungry and he posted this and I threw up in my mouth a little. 28 hot dogs in the crust of a pizza. They're already stuffing the crust with cheese as if they said "America just isn't fat enough, how can we make them fatter? Oh I know! Let's stuff even more cheese into the crust!" Now it's fucking hot dogs? Wow. I have sent my friend a very shaming email for this photo which was no doubt taken on his coffee table.

Yesterday was spent at Tiger Beach off Grand Bahama its famous for its Tiger sharks. there has been a monster 18 foot tiger there recently so we went hoping to see it but it never showed. We did however get to see a HUGE lemon shark and the usual reef sharks and one massive bull shark. Just as we were about to leave a 12 foot tiger came in and it was like all the other sharks knew it and kind of moved aside. it was fucking amazing. I shot some body-mounted gopro video that Ill post when I get back home. At one point there were about 40 sharks within 50 feet of me

here's our beautiful visitor she wouldn't get much closer but as you can see she's gorgeous!
