Marcus Vick

*Pats Gazinya on the back, saying "there there, there there..."* :) :nanner: :nanner: :hatsoff: I once thought you were a bit of a foul-mouthed, crude prick, Pete, but you've become (to me at least) more agreeable in the last 6 months. lol

Don't sweat it over A&J - he's just doing his mod job.

Alright A & J, I was just having a little fun. I didn't mean to call him a rotted log or a dirt eater but hey, he started it!

Anyway, here's a legitimate sports writer predicting a 6th round pick http://msn.foxsports.com/cfb/story/5234132

Earlier on ESPN Radio Dan Patrick asked Keith Olbermann who he thought might "take a chance on Marcus Vick"

His answer: "The Virginia Parlole Board" :rofl2:
good post :hatsoff:

Mr. Daystar

In a bell tower, watching you through cross hairs.
I say hand him a paper hat and teach him how to ask "would you like fries with that". Fuck him!! If he's gonna take an oppertunity like he's been given, and flush it down the toilet....then he should loose EVERYTHING! In fact, I say the court should ORDER that he have an operation that renders him unable to play ANY sports.

Let's end the hostility and name calling. Things are getting out of hand. Express your opinions on Marcus Vick and leave the other stuff on the playground, or at least between youselves in PM's. Leave the rest of us out of your mutual hate-fest.
Agreed, some of what I'm reading here is going outside the bounds of just Vick, in a very negative way.

As MUCH as I hate to say it ….He will get drafted by some team (Praying it’s not Dallas)
Just remember Ryan Leaf, Icky Woods and Maurice Clarett and of course that self centered piece of crap TO. Some team will take a chance and draft him.

As far as your comment about the courts…..HAHAHAHA , here in Virginia…good joke!
I’ve lived in Tidewater (Hampton Roads) area for some 25 years and seen some scum like Vick get away with anything just because they are some “sort” of a sports star.
Example:
A number of years ago Alan Iverson and some of his thug friends got into a brawl at a bowling alley and he was seen (someone I personally knew) involved in the fight. He was seen throwing chairs at people and uttering some racial stuff as well.
He was convicted and sent to jail, but just our shitty Governor DOUGLAS WILDER pardoned him just a month before he left office, mean while his buddies stayed in jail.
Why you may ask? Because according to the “Governor”, a talent like this deserves a second chance. Yeah …whatever!
If you live around here you know all the trouble he gets off the courts. Has been arrested for beating up on his wife driving drunk and assaulting a police officer …all because he thinks he’s “special” and not subject to the same laws as the rest of us.

And that is the bottom line these sports stars seem to think they don’t need to obey the law as the rest of us do and thus they can do what ever they want….I say the hell with them all…if I saw one drive past me in their pimped up car and it crashed…I’d slow down just long enough to roll my window down and laugh at him as he bled to death.

Just my :2 cents: worth, I'm entitled I pay taxes.

Well he can always look on the bright side. If he commits a few more felonies, he might qualify to play for the Oakland Raiders.

If that fails he could always kill someone and try the whole Longest Yard/Prison Football thing. But of course he would have to screw up that chance by doing something right, like good behavior and then getting an early parole.

Or go play with Ray Lewis in Baltimore.
