I'd love to create a prison for fucked ups like him. Where you get beatened within an inch of your life every day until you either die from the injuries or hunger, cuz the taxpayers don't have to pay to keep them alive.

Yes, this kind of "human" certainly deserves some special treatment beyond what the mainstream penal system is handing out. I'd like to know the he'll never see fresh air again, let alone his freedom, and it makes me sad to know that he probably will.

They say that after the appeals process it costs more to terminate / execute a death row inmate than it would to keep them in prison for life. :dunno: If true, that has to change.

This is the part that kills me. A cold blooded killer like that guy who murdered a 3 month old baby still gets fed 3 meals a day, have opportunity to exercise and do other leisurely activities, while we spent millions a day keeping them healthy and alive. There's no fear of repercussions for those criminals to commit the evil acts because they know that even if they got convicted with capital punishment it'd take years to exhaust all the appeals since rights of the accused and convicted are fiercely protected in this country.

I have to say, China's way of executing the convicted in matter of days after the trial's conclusion with single bullet to the head is looking pretty good right now.

on one hand i understand the urge to do something horrible to someone who does something horrendous. on the other to allow someone elses horrible action(s) to justify your horrible actions is nonsense. if it was my child i'd have much more difficulty being rational and would probably opt for the immensely enjoyable task of scalping him for catharsis. however, i would be no more justified than he. to me it's a fucked up and horrible thing he did and he should spend the rest of his life in prison.
