If you could make your own game what would it be? What genre? What would make it stand out from the others? All that jazz.
I'd make a violent sports game that takes traditional sports such as basketball, football, and even racing and put in ********.
Say playing a basketball game, if you have enough points, you can give your Forward a firearm with three rounds per quarter. Don't you **** it when in a sports game you were dominating and somewhere along the line the other team just came back with a vengeance?
Well have your forward shoot the most cocky sumbitch on the other team and feel good in the process. If the other team is about to go up for a layup, pull out your glock and shoot him in the leg before he jumps. Watch as he falls to the court, ***** splattering on the cheerleaders behind him still cheering, and you just put the other team in their place.
Of course depending on level of difficulty you can miss your shot and if you do that the team might get the two points as well as two foul shots. And the other team might have the same advantages of shooting you too.
In football it will operate the same way.
In racing it will be the same but you might have different ways of dispatching that asshole who likes to ride your bumper the whole race, screwing you up by watching behind you constantly. Just drips some oil and watch him slide and go into a Burnout style crash via crash cam.
I enjoy some sports games, I mainly play the racing ones, and sports are some of the genres that can get me irritated. Especially if I am winning and next thing I know I am losing right at the end.
I always thought, what if there were weapons in this game? How fun would that be to get revenge on the person who just fucked you up out of a win at last minute or quarter? Of course you can play traditionally or you can play with a bit of weapons and even the playing field.
