Looking For A New Game

I'm a PC gamer. I haven't been playing much lately and I'm looking for a fun game to get into. Most recently I was playing CODMW regularly.

I'm looking for either an action/shooter or an adventure type of game...

My current desktop (doesn't qualify as a 'rig'):

• P4 - 3GHz
• 2 GB RAM
• Nvidia GeForce 6800 GS

A good and free FPS I know is: Americas's Army, it's a online only.

Don't know the hardware needed but StarCraft II just came out for PC. I hear that is pretty good. Never played a StarCraft game and my computer is way too old to try it.

I've played FEAR, which was cool. I'm thinking of picking up the Resident Evil PC versions. I've heard great things about Fallout 3. Can I run it on my machine? Would it be playable? :dunno:
