The guy's system was probably compromised by a 'bad' porn site. Crackers like to build trojans into files that you may download off a non-reputable porn site.

Just be smart.. dont run executables if they come from porn sites, and with porn, stick with a good site. Freeones, labatidora, pornstarslounge, all sites that I highly recommend, and all clean.

Another great way to be safe, is to stick with (REAL) pay sites. Don't get duped into giving some scam artist your card, but do get a membership to Sapphic Erotica or DDGirls, or a favorite pornstar or something. Your content will be safe, and it is 100% worth the money when you get 30+ minute videos and incredible pictures. (I was skeptical too, but now I always have a porn site that I belong to.)

Also, check your wireless router's security. If someone is able to get onto your network, YOUR IP will be the one being tracked by the Feds and you will be doing time for someone else's sick game.

WPA with PSK is a no-brainer today.
Anything less is just asking for it.

The facts are what they really aren't pointing out is the law in that state is black and white, gray areas don't apparently exist. They only seem to believe in absolutes. Apparently its ok to show people getting killed on the tv, blood, drugs, murder and whathaveyou but a little flesh is ohhhhh a bad thing.
However child porn is another issue, but the point is instead of going after the one who is looking at it or allegedly, why not find the site that is posting or promoting such shit? Or does that make too much sense???

Wow, seriously that's just bullshit right there. 90 years for looking at kiddy porn? Even if he was looking at the kiddy porn, 90 fucking years for kiddy porn? God damn they don't even lock up convicted killers, sex offenders, or rapists for that long. It's best to hit both the people who supply it and the people who demand it. Creating such material should never be tolerated, and neither should anyone who watches it or distributes it. I think it's necessary to punish all of these offenders in order to be able to limit these horrible actions.

Whether such movies and pics can just be found on some site, I don't really know. They probably can, but it's also my understanding that some kind of network is often used, where these people can get in contact, and then distribute it through various means. I don't think it's as just simple as shutting down some sites.
