my aunty is executor of my late step fathers will. it has been 3 months since the reading of the will,and she recently rang my ****** to say she just paid 1300 dollars for probate. she is demanding the money back from my ******. I have been told by a few people that no money changes hands until settlement. Is my aunty lying to my mum. I live in victoria Australia so any aussies that might be able to help with advice would be much appreciated.
