The NLO (New Lebron Order) :1orglaugh

I love how the Cleveland fans are crying so much about LeBron leaving. What did they expect? He was the team after all, and that is only fun for so long

I don't get why Lebron is getting dumped on by choosing to go to Miami and roll with DWade and CBosh? :dunno:

Kobe rode Shaq's coattails to 3 titles. Then he had to have Pau Gasol and now he has Ron Artest. That's a superteam, and nobody bitched.

Everyone loved when KG/Ray/Paul Pierce all came together on one team.

Lebron can't win by himself. It's that simple. I did think he wanted to be the King of New York and go play with the Knicks, but the oppty with the Heat makes way more sense.

The West is basically gutted. The Lakers have no competition other than Portland (if they can stay healthy) and Oklahoma (if they mature). If Melo goes to New York and plays with Amare...that seems like a likely option for him next year.

I like that I don't really have to watch the regular season anymore. I can just wait for the playoffs. Miami and the Lakers will be the Finals matchup. Orlando looks like the second best team in the East, but they can't stop Lebron and DWade at the same time...

The Celtics built their empire by consolidating talent and making lopsided trades in their favor.

Lebron choosing the path of least resistance makes smart "Lebrand" sense...

How many of those other people besides Lebron and his people had a complex, organized, and carefully orchestrated decision process that was practically a circus and a television show of that level they devised just to flaunt their decision for shameless marketing purposes?

Crass? Sure. Will it be the last time an athlete makes an ass of himself on ESPN? No way.

Jeff Van Gundy confirmed today what we all are thinking---the Miami Heat are going to threaten the all-time single season and consecutive wins records currently held by the Superfranchise in the West. It's not just about winning 1 or 2 titles. We should expect these records to fall this season.

How exactly is any team (other than the Lakers) going to stop this 3-headed monster :dunno:
