AFA's *** Nation controversy thread inspired me to make this one.
1.What tv shows do you think are especially bad?
2.Have you decreased your amount of tv time in recent years because of low quality programming?
3.Do you think dvd sales of tv shows are impacting the quality of current shows?
1. I can't stand most reality shows, and primetime news shows (Dateline, Primetime Live, 20/20). That "To Catch A..." series is really stupid and pointless. I can't believe they did "To Catch an Ipod". If you leave your stupid Ipod on a bench in the mall, yes most people are going to steal it.
2. I used to watch tv 3-4 hours a day, but now I'm down to maybe 2 - Letterman using up one hour on most days.
3. I'm not sure about this. I know I'd rather watch past episodes of shows I actually liked, instead of the crap that's on now. For XMas I'm asking for a couple shows on dvd that I like, and I'll probably be watching those instead of regular tv.
