I did a quick search around for this girl, but came up with nothing other then a lot of DVD movie sites. Are there any sets around of her? I went to the page 3 website and checked the archive, but never found this picture or any girl named "Katie" that really looked like her, so now I'm wondering if the picture is genuine.

Anyone recognize her?

Yep. She used to live near me. She's now married with kids. Never did any more than the usual Page 3 stuff.
