Kansas governor signs bill banning Islamic law

Its just Kansas. No big "a-ha" moment here.

Wait, actually, here's your "a-ha" moment:

Islamic law is not American law. So, it should be banned.
If you want your laws stay in your own country.

Seat belt laws is another thread.

Christianity also is not American law. Christians should also go back to their own country, where their savior was born. Then they can fight over the area with the Islams.
We sane ones will eat some pop corn and watch.

Christians are not trying to make people live in a theocracy.

Christians are home. Liberals are not.
Make sense next time. ;)

In a bell tower, watching you through cross hairs.

Well actually, they kind of are. All of the anti gay marriage, anti abortion rhetoric, is the bible thumping right wing conservatives. Although, I think that shit should be disregarded too. Just sayin'.

Well done, Will. You acted in exactly the same character you have been playing for years on the board. Your consistency is remarkable.

This is entirely related to the seat belt laws thread. Please respond directly to my post, if you are going to respond at all. Remember, you aren't allowed to only agree with laws you like. You may have to push yourself beyond pre-school level to live in a democracy. Sometimes, you have to acknowledge that even things you don't like may be good ideas.

But we all know that's above the level at which you are able to function. You continue to please with the inadvertent humour you provide us.

 Do not comment to me. Keep me on igonore.

:troll:

I see. You're simply beaten with my previous post. I'm okay with that.

You're welcome to put me on ignore, too, you know. But we all know you won't. You like any attention lavished on you, no matter how negative.

However, your dodge is unsuccessful. Please, allow me to repost what I said earlier, so that You Might have another opportunity to look less like a complete loser, and try to provide a justification for your poor philosophical perspectives and inept conversational skills. This is not trolling, this is me asking you to justify your position. A position you posted in an open forum, with the extremely reasonable expectation of questions to your perspective. If you don't like your perspective being questioned, I urge you to stop posting. I'm going to continue questioning your perspective until you justify it, or stop posting. I'm good with either outcome.

So, to be clear, you think it is a good thing that the government is mandating this, but you think the government should not get involved with seat belt laws?

Your ability to think critically is entirely in question. You like this law, therefore, the government should do it. You don't like seat belt laws, therefore the government shouldn't do it. And what on earth would happen if the United States of America's government made some law that banned some type of Christian law? You would be absolutely outraged.

So, what has been shown in this seemingly innocuous post is Will E. Worm's complete lack of ability to see beyond his own preferences, and to think critically. You think very much the same way a four year old does - if you like something, it's clearly "right." If you don't like something, it's clearly "wrong." What you are in fact expressing has absolutely nothing to do with correct or incorrect, it has to do only with your own, short-sighted, vision of how the world should be. This makes arguing with you completely pointless, as you are basing nothing you say on fact, but simply on opinion. It's incredibly easy to feel smug when you do that, isn't it? I should tell you, however, it does make you come off as a little stupid.

I'm just letting you know. I hope you found this comment constructive, though I know you didn't. You don't like it, so clearly it is "wrong."

Will: "You're wrong."

Anyone who has developed critical thinking: "No, you're wrong and here are the reasons why.................."

Will:

AWHDCT: More compelling and reasonable statements plus a request for Will to clarify his view.

Will: :nono:

AWHDCT: This message is hidden because Will E. Worm is on your ignore list.

Will: *shrugs* and masturbates to a collection of Kirk Cameron pictures.

Hahaha. You're amazingly stupid. I'm sorry you can't find the words to respond to my questions. I'll keep asking them, and perhaps you'll be able to develop an argument for your irrelevant perspective on the world. I'm doing this for your own good, you know. If you can answer the questions, you won't appear so stupid, and then perhaps you'll gain some credibility.

I've always been told I can't let lost cases go.

For you imbeciles who think it's okay, watch this. After it finishes, let's see if you still support Sharia Law. And by the way, Will is correct.

KANSAS CITY, Kansas (Reuters) - Republican Kansas Governor Sam Brownback signed a bill aimed at keeping state courts and agencies from using Islamic or other non-U.S. laws when making decisions, his office said on Friday, drawing criticism from a national Muslim group.
Seems fair to me, as long as every religions are concerned equally, not only Islam but also Christianism, Judaism, or whatever.
Could this be applied in Utah ? Could Mormons laws be kept outside of Salt Lake City courts ?

Don't forget their insane liquor laws. They are basically like Utah. Kansas has 2 percent less alcohol in their beer. Lots of people from Kansas go to Missouri for their booze.
