It's hard to say with the first picture, it could indeed be a scar, or it could just be the shadow from the where the fat hangs over the stomach/hip area. Again, with the picture not being of the best quality, it's difficult to perceive.

In regards to "is it worth it" (for a natural birth), I'd like to think it's worth it, though not necessarily in a work sense. My mom had all 3 of us naturally, and my dad's girlfriend had my half-sister by c-section (she wasn't wide enough or something, I don't remember). When you're in a business where your body is full on display for everyone to analyze, the slightest imperfection can lead you to gain or lose your fanbase and business. I don't at all mind the idea of a pornstar having some extra fluff (as my best friend's fiance calls it), as it shows that they're natural and accept their body.
