:1orglaugh No. I would consider someone to be racist/discriminatory when they refuse to be with someone simply because of their color, ethnicity, etc. It's OK to have a preference, but "preference" does not denote "exclusivity".

For example, it's one thing if your mom and sister consistently choose white guys over black guys, or they haven't seen many black guys they find attractive etc., but if they say they'd NEVER date a black guy simply because he's black, then that would be racist/discriminatory. It's not a preference if you refuse to choose anything else.

Actually it has been proven that penis size does not vary according to race but all interracial pornsites still use that myth and because of that many people still think that black men have bigger dicks than white men.
