I saw this "show" mentioned on a British TV show called Screenwipe about a year ago that I have recently rewatched. I'm sure other members from the UK will know the show even if they have never seen it and after watching the few clips that were on that show I got interested because it's just so weird (which I'm always interested in) it's hard to believe that it was even on TV, and probably still is. Anyway, I went searching through youtube where there is plenty of material to watch if you want more than what I have presented. I thought I would share the clips I have found with all of you, to gage a reaction.
The evil "Chucky" looking puppets, the strange songs sung in the strangest possible way. The werid people, the fact that it looks like it was made in the 70s even though it was made in the 90s and the rest just makes for a perfect combination of strangeness. This has to be the craziest/funniest/trippiest things I've ever seen. It's something that truly has to be seen to be believed:
