Those idiots in Palm Springs are using up all the water on their stupid grass lawns.
They should calculate the average amount of water everyone uses, and the aholes who go over pay $100 per gallon for all the extra water they use.
And have Hulk Hogan go to their homes and slap them on the back of the head for being water wasting idiots.
That will make them think twice about wasting water on a useless lawn.
