Once a radio host told on radio that he saw a person by a fountain and urinating in it at 4 in the morning. The most strange thing about that the person was a woman.
On a serious note, I do find public urination a very disgusting act and I think that it should be punishable by law in its own merit. Some jurisdictions put this act under public indecency or exposing oneself in public which is a bit strange as not everyone who is wetting the walls in public can be seen exposed at the same time.
