My gf used to work at a strip club as a bartender. We have been together for awhile, have lived together for almost a year and are planning on getting married next year. Neither of us have ever benn happier.

It can happen.

When I used to go Pacer's in San Diego (topless only) I'd order the standard Gin & Tonic and the waitress or bartender would add a "stripper kiss" to the glass. It was a big, red kiss. I really liked that....:thumbsup: (Although I didn't get it all the time:o)

The bartenders at strip clubs that I've been too all look like strippers themselves...when are we gonna get a *peek* at Lady Baill:thumbsup: [insert pleading emoticon]

I have a question for most people here...

I don't know what professions you all have, but whatever it is, ask yourself, is that who you are or is it just your profession?

Sure, she's a stripper, but that's her job, not her life. It's what she is, not who she is! Sure, she has to be a bit more free thinking than many other people, otherwise she wouldn't even be on stage, but she's still a human being with emotions. She's still a human being capable of love, hate, anger, etc...

I think you should find a nice girl somewhere else, If you get together with her would you be happy for her to keep dancing with men gawping at her.

I myself wouldn't mind & we don't know how the OP thinks about this, so point 4 of my last post applies (he might be comfortable with it, just like I would be)...

i fell for a stripper once, but that was during a very drunken time in my life. she didn't drink or smoke, and i was a mess. probably why she didn't go for me. she was great, though. and yes, i talked with her with her clothes on often, and she wasn't chatting me up to get me to buy a dance, she wouldn't even ask, we'd just talk. if anything, that cost her money by not paying more attention the the other clientelle. so i think she genuinely liked me, i was just too fucked up at the time and scared her off. bad timing. maybe ill run into her again, maybe(probably not).

back to you...just ask her out, its really not that difficult.
