I should probably lose like 5 kg

I need to lose and/or convert 30 lbs into muscle and people here are talking about cookies, and delicious ones at that.

My main problem is will power, or lack thereof. I'd like to and do regularly blame school and studying but if I curved some bad eating habits and went to the gym for more than just swimming and Zumba, I may actually get somewhere between my graduated from high school weight and what I am now.

In closing, it ain't easy being husky.

Yep that's a large part of what people's problems are losing weight, will power. Finding the inspiration, determination, and dedication to actually doing it. Sometimes it's nice to have someone to exercise with, a training partner. Back when I was in track, I got a 6-pack within a month because in track, you have coaches and friends/teammates to help push you. But when you don't have someone to help push you, it can be tough to bring yourself to actually apply what it is that you want to do, instead of talking and thinking about it, actually doing it.

You could try jogging in place while you post on FreeOnes... unless you're, uh, doing other "exercises" while here. If that's the case maybe you just need to kick it up a notch... less wrist, more pelvis... :D

hahaha! I like that advice. I've been doing that lately too, instead of laying on my back using my toy I'll sit straight up and ride my toy. More exercise... ha yeah, we can pretend that's why I'm doing it.

See, when guys joke about acrobatic masturbation it's just a little funny, when do it damn that's sexy (and a little funny ;)).

I was making a video earlier today and at some point through making it, I thought I'd do something different and ride the dildo, but since I was holding the camera, it was really shaky and all over the place. Not only was I going up and down but so was the camera. Might make you dizzy to watch. So I deleted that shot.

I assure you it would have been alright, I don't get motion sickness. :D

Though I guess that might make it hard to see. I imagine most people don't really think about; all the technical issues with that kind of stuff. It's interesting to hear. Guess if you want to do that in the future you'll have to set the camera down or some such.

Yeah I will. That's a bit of a problem for me though is finding a surface to actually set it on. I've had this one suction cup rabbit vibrator that I've been wanting to use in a video for a while now but for some reason haven't done it yet. I'd like to do a shower video with it stuck onto a wall or something, but I need the waterproof camera.

Hmm. Most companies sell tripods of different sizes for their cameras that are pretty cheap (often under twenty bucks). Some are as small as 5". Maybe that would help? :dunno:

Yeah, I guess that would cause an issue. I can see even just the back spray from the water hitting the walls/you hitting a camera that's basically anywhere in the shower. Hmm, I'd wonder whether, even with a waterproof camera, if the steam wouldn't fog the lens, and whether water droplets might not obscure the shot...?

Yeah, hearing about stuff like this is neat. I've always been very fond how knowing how stuff works, and in some cases doesn't and why. :)

You are absolutely right about this Harley. While I have um have more or less mastered the art of doing social things on my own, working out has been something that I have been self conscious about doing on my own. Something about watching Muscles McGee to the left of me bench pressing the whole machine and Joe Sixpack Esq ™ curling 50 lbs dumbells to the right of me, the inferiority complex kicks in rather alarmingly. Which means I usually stick to cardio.

Interestingly enough I have dabbled in what has been called the 1 minute workout. You do some form of exercising at the highest intensity you can for 20 seconds then you rest for a minute. Do the exercise and rest two more times and there you go. In a span of 3 minutes you've done your exercise. I also am trying to learn how to jump rope, well actually learning how to jump rope properly to be more precise.

I do appreciate a good jog, too bad my multitasking skills are kind of shabby. Case in point, I can't write this message and watch television at the same time. True story.

Well I didn't mean working out alone at a gym with strangers all around you. I meant alone in general, whether it's going for a run by yourself outside, doing some abs and pushups in your own home, working out to a training DVD, etc.

The steam and water never seemed to effect other shoots I've done with it. For example, some of the beach shoots I've done were shot with the waterproof camera. And even without the waterproof camera, shooting shower scenes (photo shoots) never seemed to bother the lens either. Plus there's my one bubble bath video and I don't think there was much steaming going on there, other than my skin. Ugh it was so hot! That's the main reason I had to get out of the tub for that video and finish off on the floor. Too hot in the bath.

Hmm. Interesting. I'd tend to think that the enclosed shower would more or less hold all the steam in with you and that, that would fog the lens. I wonder why that wouldn't happen. I mean, if I'm rushing out of the washroom after a shower and put my glasses on before much of the steam has dissipated I've noticed they actually sometimes fog up on me. Maybe fogless lens technology has gotten much better for cameras? ... Which makes me wonder why they can't apply that to my glasses. :(

I'm lucky because my job keeps me moving all day. This keeps the ***** flowing and the calories burning. I have to load up on carbs and calories so I can use that energy at work. The main problem is I'm not always very hungry when I get home if I work late. I wind up eating a small portion and burning more calories than I took in. When I had a desk job all I did was gain weight. When your job keeps you active, you don't have to think about working out. Will power is no longer involved. My biggest concern is wondering which **** or **** I'll be taking home and what to pair those beverages with if I find enough energy to cook.

I play football every week so try to keep in trim. When I say football I mean proper football, not that girly one where you throw an egg shaped ball and try to catch it whilst wearing heavy padding and a helmet.

Honey can be very good for you, but like all sweets it's best consumed in moderation. One thing I love to do with honey is add it to hot tea, especially when I'm sick. It tastes better than sugar in tea, and the honey is thick so it coats your throat, providing relief if your throat is dry and you're coughing.

EDIT: I do have a tip for you regarding greek yogurt to make it less bland. You could make parfaits with the yogurt, just add some fruit like strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. Yum! You could also add a little drizzle of Hershey's chocolate syrup on it (I've never tried this on yogurt but I'm sure it'd be worth a try, sounds kinda good), as the chocolate syrup contains no fat.

You know what sucks about that, though?

Giving up having cookies and milk after dinner.

I mean, i eat pretty well, i just don't get much exercise and I really like cookies.

I was thinking of trying to eat more eggs and more yogurt and less grain but I LOVE BREAD. THIS ISN'T EVEN FAIR.

Three choices. Choose one.
1) Eat Less Calories
2) Get More Exercise
3) Combine #1 & #2
