I just lost 42K in Rep Power!

:eek: This morning my rep power was at about 91,000 (roughly). I made a post in a thread and suddenly it went all the way down to 49,000. Nobody neg repped me (that wouldn't explain the extreme loss anyway) and I was wondering: what in the blue hell happened? It's not really a big deal I suppose, but what gives? Is this a bug?

Now, I'm really confused. I don't remember saying that I repped people back after they rep me. If I did, I don't remember it, and it was probably a lie. I sometimes thank people for repping me, but I don't ever remember saying I would rep someone back whenever they repped me. :dunno:

I remember a member - 4G - years ago who we all helped to get to zero rep by neg repping him instead of pos repping - it was cool and he made it to zero, but all of a sudden losing that many points is something paranormal.

I lost 7,235 points after my third (?) post. Spamming is obviously frowned upon. It sucks to lose that many points, but damn! That's an INSANE amount of points to lose!! How does one accomplish such an epic feat as that?!

It's a software glitch/bug. Something like it happened last year, in a day or so everything was back to normal.
