That's the thing about dogs. You know that under the right circumstances even the most trutworthy (spouse) human will turn on you, you know you couldn't trust a cat with a turd in a sewage works, but dogs? Better than human. They really are. They can even smell a drunk guy and instinctively know not to trust him - trust me on this.

You can't generalize like that. There are PLENTY of Americans who love dogs just as much as you do, and PLENTY of Euro-trash jerks who will be man to dogs too.

I don´t know if you´ve had any kind of contact with models/webmasters in porn before but trying to get things for free seems to be the first thought for some of them whenever they want something. I don´t know if Jess remembers this but a couple of years ago she wanted some new banners made for her site. She started a thread about it in the fan art section on another forum (i guess i can´t name the forum because of the board rules, but it was the biggest non-nude model forum at the time). Well, anyway, i thought i would be a nice guy and make a banner...and got nothing in return. I didn´t really care or think about it at the time but i have discovered later that this is the way a lot of models do things, they try to take advantage of fans as much as they can to get stuff for free. So you can call me an asshole as much as you want but i for one think that it´s common decency to compensate people for their work or if you´re asking people to pay for your dog´s surgery you should pay back the money later.

Some guys here are realistic, not assholes. Eva Angelina posted a thread here asking for donations for her 12K cell phone bill that she made to her current husband who served in Iraq. Patrick gave another example of the ingratitude some of these porn chicks have.

I get what you guys are saying, trust me, I do. There ARE tons of girls out there who scam with a sob story to get money. And while I'd never come outright in a random forum full of guys who may or may not be fans of mine to ask for help, I do understand this girls sense of panic over losing her dog, and that kind of panic makes people do things that normally they wouldn't be comfortable doing. It'd be different I suppose if she posted this thread, or was trying to raise money on her own website, that are full of her supporting fans because I don't think there's anything wrong with fans wanting to help their girl out. But of course the guys should be compensated in some way - fansigns, thank you videos, free subscription to her website, or being paid back in full when she can...no good deed should ever go unnoticed. I dunno. Maybe this is just a case of asking for help in the wrong place....but either way, if you don't want to donate, thats perfectly fine - you don't owe any pornstar anything. But running your mouth and being a douchenozzle (to those posters who were being inconsiderate and rude) is just unnecessary.

She's more generous than I would have been. As much as I might like a dog I have and despite that I might care about it unless I'm loaded with money and cost is no concern I would probably have to let the dog go if a costly medical problem occurred to it, and that would be something I know ahead of time and have to concede even before I get the dog in the first place.

I just wanted to give you guys an update as I have been mainly with Jeb my dog making sure he is okay after the surgery.
I raised the $1600 in a night and half of a day. He received the surgery and I am so grateful to everyone that helped out weather you sent a dollar or 20. I'm really impressed with everyone that donated and reposted my link to get help.
On another note I'm not sure what asking for banners to be made has to do with my dog... I gave free passes to everyone that made attractive banners for me to use! But that's neither here nor there so I don't know why I'm taking the time to explain that.
To everyone that helped in whatever way you could or sent my dog good vibes (or both!), thank you dearly. You'll never know how happy you have made me.
To the asshats that made light of my situation, fuck you. I hope someone very close to you falls in the way of death so that you feel the same panic that I felt when I almost lost my best friend last week. You people don't deserve to breathe.

Did I use your banner? If so I gave passes to the folks that made banners that I used. If I somehow forgot to give you a pass and still used the banner I am incredibly sorry. I don't have my stuff on my old hard drive anymore so if I did have it and use it I no longer have it in my possession but if you still do and I remember using it then let's fix this issue now. I don't like to burn bridges with people that have helped me in the passed. Also um I love twin peaks.
