It's a good CPU. There's really not all that much outside of that.

Quad cores are good for forward compatibility, but with current software you'll still have 3 idle cores 99% of the time. So if you want a comp that can still hold up n 5 years time, go for it, if you upgrade annually, maybe save yourself some cash and go with a dual core.
