How to move forward with this girl?

I'm dating a co worker. I got into a big argument/fight with some guy at work because he verbally abused me and told her about it to which I seemed out of character. She told me she could tell I could be vicious or a bit aggressive, to which I said "only when pushed" she also said I know you are soft. We've been on one date but have seen eachother at work and made out a few times spoke on the phone for hours.

At work she ignores me a bit and doesn't want anyone knowing anything. I called her out on her being called cold also mentioned I tell her alot how much I like her but she doesn't, and I've not even set up a second date yet, we were supposed to do something this tuesday. She told me it's awkward at work and people question her but also she says something stupid like everyone flirts with her so she can use it. She also says its different if your in a relationship...

I told her she is amazing. She txt me later telling me she is glad I think she is amazing, and she thinks I'm sexy. I can tell she isn't sure after I got angry at the guy though. What to do now we get on well and she is perfect for me. Another issue is she has an ex boyfriend who keeps stalking her but she isn't interested apparently. I could easily fall in love with her what can I do?

First of all, since you have taken the ill-advised step of being 'interested' in someone you work with...at least respect the fact that she may not want everyone on the job knowing about it. Maybe that's why she's a bit standoffish right now. She doesn't trust that you can keep your trap shut about it and keep your business (meaning hers too) between you two.

Why would she want to go 'forward' (any further) I you can't keep the little shit you're doing with her now between the two of you??

IMHO, you need to just be happy doing your own thing... you can't force feelings on another person, nor would you ever want to.

It's because she kept on the last two weeks showering me with attention plus we get on really well, that's what got me hooked but mostly the fact we get on well. I've told her I think we do and she agrees.

The thing about stuff at work is I've told nobody about her but one good friend and she is saying people get the vibes between us and I just said fine but she doesn't have to be that cold.

She seriously made me feel like a piece of shit and any of the guys there would just think I was some creep who wouldn't stand a chance with her in a million years and then she is calling me etc. To top it all off she didn't even say bye so I phoned her to tell her I was surprised. To top it all off her saying I seem "aggresive and vicious" doesn't exactly sound good. I was just in a pissed mood and couldn't forget about, I wasn't being immature about it.

As for company inc, I could care less it's actually a security company and we are not on an official contract so we can get work elsewhere like airports etc.

she is 22 and I'm 27. I had to ask her even though it feels stupid because she is going more hot and cold than a chinese takeaway.
