It depends on who is around me and what I've had to eat. Sometimes I'll try to hold it in, others I'll try to push it out.

Probably about on average 10 times per day, depernding on what I ate.
More so at the gym.
When I go out with a girl and we start out eating dinner, I be sure to order a big portion of beef, pork or chicken and to stay away from the friolles,arroz y aguacate which can give you incredible gas

Couple times a day... unless I eat bananas... they make me gassy for some reason .

I don't fart unless I'm sick or eat something that disagrees with me. I've never been a gassy person, which I'm thankful for.

Myself, I pump out about 4-10 a day. For some reason milk seems to make me fart.
Interesting story, though. Just a couple days ago over a 3-day period I must have been farting 30 times a day, easy. Nice rippers too! It seems like it comes and goes sometimes.

Why shame? Farting is natural. Keeping fart for long damages the body.
If you fart silently, you release stinking gases. If you fart loudly, you just make noise and release so less stinking gases.
Don't dare to fart silently in a classroom-like place in winters when there is no opportunity to open windows. LOL Ewww! I have faced up that situation (nose-blowing and ass-freezing experience!!)
