I'm quite the restless sleeper, and I hold the pillow rather than put it under my head. When I was dating my ex, I held her while I slept. Even though we aren't together now, I feel like I need to hold something. :crying: Also, I need a fan on. It doesn't need to be blowing on me, but I need the noise to fall asleep.
