I understand sarcasm pretty well. However there are two types of sarcams for me:
-the one which is humorous and light hearted and that can be taken as a joke
-the other one which is borderline and close to insulting,flaming as well as to belittle other people because of their convictions and differences which has definitively not its place here.

Sometimes I use sarcasm, but I hate douchebag sarcasm.
I just say shut the fuck up sometimes.

I never had any problems understanding sarcasm. But I try to avoid it since a lot of people think you're either cynical or weird when you use it.
Love the kind of sarcasm that no one gets though, but that's more non sequitur I suppose.
