How do you get to *****?

I fall ****** easily after pootang :D
 
I'm a real insomniac, so all tricks and tips are welcome. I'm pretty sure I tried them all. From listening to the snoring of my wife, over orgasmic sex, to get *****. Nothing works, I even seem to resist ******** tabs. Sometimes I'm really desperate about it. The only thing that might work sometimes is watch a movie I saw about a million times, that's ever so boring, I might catch some *****. But I mostly **** up again after two hours then.
I only crash every three to four weeks. Then I have one or two normal night ****** from about 6 to 8 hours.
I'm just not made to *****. In the ******** clinic they examined me, and even those doctors never saw a hopeless case like me. :(
 
I usually reflect on how pathetic my life is, and end up ****** myself to *****.
That normally keeps me up! I only ***** 3-4 hours a night, I found the best way to get to ***** is if you're exhausted and after a long day at work I've fallen ****** in the middle of ******** a cup of coffee! Maybe a few hours on the net and/or a bit or physical exercise before you go to bed may help drain you physically and mentally.
 
I'm going to ignore ninja king, and get this thread back on track.

I have never ***** well - I never get more than 6 hours a night, and average about 5. I take Ambien, a big dose, and that gives me at LEAST 4 hours, and I'm good to go with that. My doc tells me some people just need less *****, I think that's crap. At some point, I'm going to ***** for a year.

But I generally work from 8 - 11 pm, fart around online for a while, go to bed, take a pill, watch something mindless with a cup of herbal tea, drift off eventually.
 
Dude it's simple, just wank off a lot of times, it will make you tired, automaticly you will fall ******.:D
 
I have a pretty similar relationship with ***** as Dirk does. I can get a good 5 hours (6 if I'm lucky) a night now which is good but I'd love to get more. There was a period where I'd consistently get no more than three hours a night, which lost a lot of its appeal after a very short period of time. I've never been the kind of person who can just lie down in a dark room and drift off, I've tried countless times to do so, but my brain just isn't wired that way. I tend to have to be doing something right up until the point in which I'm basically out on my feet, otherwise I'll just count the hours down till the alarm goes off.
 
I'm like Dirk and NumbNuts: I can't ***** for more than 4 or 5 hours at a time. It's really annoying because I usually **** up sometime between 3 and 5 in the morning, and can't go back to *****. If I have work early in the morning it's worse because I **** up every half hour to forty-five minutes thinking I've ***** through my alarm.
