How do you decide who to vote for in Miss Freeones

I try to vote as much as possible for those of you who participate all over the board, specially here in the talk section.
Once in a while I can be misled by the occasional picture from some random hottie, but usually it won't help in the long run.

I just vote for my favorites. The ones that really deserve to win anything. Like Bri, Miss H, Jinxy and a couple more. It's easy as that.

Maybe I'll throw in a vote or two for some girls that give me a nice treat when I have the vote left. And only when I have a vote left after voting for the ones that really deserve it!

In a way, yeah, it kind of is a popularity contest. But it's fun too! And there's more to it than simple popularity. Ah well, you can't win everyone.

I especially DO NOT vote for girls that offer stuff in return for votes. You gotta earn it in my eyes.

Offering stuff in return for votes is earning it. I'm going out of my way to do specialized, custom photos for people. I'll be doing a few today.

2) Is she really "active" on the board, does she really participate or just come for publicity ?

Also I do not vote for the same girl in every categories. For example, when it comes to the "Best OCSM category" the activity on the board criteria is much more important than it is in other categories.

I agree with this logic. This is my first year here (haven't been here at all for a whole year yet, at that), and it surprises me that in the past, some of the winners fell off the face of the earth after winning. That's so lame. Hopefully this year the winner is someone who deserves it and will stick around afterward. I know that if I win, I won't be going anywhere. That's a promise.

I make my choices based on a combination of things, they are as follows:

Board participation - If I sense that you're only here for the purpose of winning a prize, only to later abandon the forum after you win, that's not helpful.

Attitude - being down to earth and showing some interest in what's going on in the lives of your fans is helpful. Ask some questions of us, don't just be a repository for praise.

How your appearance rates on a 10 scale - Oddly enough, this is probably the least important to me as I'm going to cast my vote(s) to those OSCMs whom I believe interact best with the membership rank and file. Don't get me wrong, being sexy and attractive is obviously important, but being a quality human being is too.

For me it's all about how the girls interact with their fans (including me of course). It's not just, "who's your favorite pornstar?" it's miss freeones, the girls I vote for will be the ones who interact with fans on freeones. And I think it's great that some girls are offering contest specific incentives. It's flirty and fun and half the reason I'm here. If a girl says "I'll do a custom photo for you if you vote for me." How is that not awesome and how is that not earning the vote?

I didn't mean those who just found out about FreeOnes and recently joined. I think it might help if I give an example. Let's say you have been a member for 4 or 5 years. The contest will start each year around February. So you start posting around January. After the contest ends you do not post until next January.

That sounds lame... why would someone just come around once a year? Even if im not posting daily I like to browse when I can because I don't get to socialize often and its a nice break from conversations with a 4 year old LOL ... basically its just an interesting past time reading random shit

I have been sorely disappointed with the last 2 winners. Bree took the money and ran as did Sophie Dee. Both posted quite profusely during the competition and then the posting fizzled out and stopped pretty quickly afterwards. Both have popped in since then but neither are regular and it has been a long time since either has posted. Both used their Twitter followers to get votes and this will always help those with large followings.

Back in the 2010 competition, Miss Hybrid appeared and has not stopped posting since. The main appeal has been, not just her looks, but also the way that she participates, and her wicked sense of humour.
Briana Lee has been posting for a while, and she too will appeal to a lot of regulars here, as will Harley Spencer - both of these ladies have been having fun on the board and deserve any votes that they get. I think that the same is also true of you, Leya. Interaction with the regular members and banter between the OCSM's is welcome and brings you to our notice. ExistingMyFreeOnes members will have far more voting power than guests and new members, and the longer serving members more power still.

So, I think that as long as you keep posting and interacting here, you will attract votes from the membership.
