If you are the individual in the picture, you would:
1. report it to the cops
2. Contact the ISP hosting the page threatening to sue.
3. Get a lawyer and sue your ex, if he has any money, otherwise you're fucked.
I didn't click on the link, because it's probably bullshit. I saw something like what was described either on another board or over the last few weeks when I was checking out this board. It's pretty lame. I can find all sorts of pics from sites to have girlfriend ex-girlfriends and I don't have to go to the trouble of sending it to my friends and waiting to see more pictures.

Technically I don't think you have a recourse if those pictures are not your private property (not merely of you but you can prove you own them) and even then it would matter what form he obtained them (copies, etc.).
If you're of age and he took those pictures of you...or you gave those to him (email, picture text, etc.) I would say they are his property to do with what he wants.
For example, the paparazzi take unflattering pictures of others all the time and they are able to do with them what they want because they own the pictures even though they are of someone else.

GirlfriendFootage galleries was one of the sites I was talking about. No dicking around sending emails to see pics or videos.
