I've had some good bowls of chili with beans but I prefer the real Texas chili with no beans. Please pass me the Tabasco. The Scorpion one. Hurry up 'cuz I like it spicy!

Also, hey Europeans, if you're reading this, you eat any chili? You should try some. It's good. There are many different kinds. A hot bowl of chili is great on a cold night.

I've had some of the best chili's some with meat/beans and some with just meat

It's all personal preference, I can get all Texan-y and make the argument that beans turn chili into a different dish, but it ain't gon' change no one's mind. Suffice it to say that in xfire's house when we make a pot of Texas Red, you won't find no frijoles in the pot.
