I think the best way to share the latest news about yor updates is via your "Official Saffy" Thread. You can make it easier for people to get there by putting the link to the thread into youir signature (As I put the myfreeones shop picture and link into mine, as an example.

You can see if you find one of our very talented members to produce a signature picture for you that makes your post more prominent and more appealiong, still. If you want to make it really stand out, go for an animated gif, but not too flashy, so it does not distract too much. You can make a poll for us members about which pictures etc tp puit in there, that usually draws add-on attention.

Yes....ALWAYS post naked. If you remove your clothes, before you start typing, it will allow for more comfort, and ease of operation.

You can always post updates in your own thread - your fans will check there routinely, so it's a great place to keep people updated and 'in the loop.' And, if you want to just bullshit with random ass people, "FreeOnes Talk" is a good place to waste some time.
