I'm going with Uncharted 2 - Chapter 20 "Cat and Mouse" on hard mode.
If the myriads of enemies shooting you with AK47's, shotguns, RPG's and throwing grenades at you wasn't difficult enough, a fucking tank is on your ass like a pair of underwear. I'm trying to dodge machine *** fire from the tank, but I'm getting knocked on my ass from RPG's and I don't even know where they're coming from. When I finally find my own RPG to shoot the tank, it only has 1 rocket. I have to run around and find 3 more RPG's to shoot this asshole and try to avoid getting ****** and starting alllllllllllllll over. I died a good 30 times trying to do this, and when I finally beat it, it took me about an hour.
I watched people run through this chapter in 8 minutes on youtube. So maybe it isn't that difficult, but it was certainly one of the hardest levels I've ever played.
