Gordon Brown 'stepping down as Labour leader'

Why is it FINALLY when America gets the courage to go in a Progressive direction...the Brits move in the wrong direction :( :weeping:

A British Gov't with Tories in power--more war mongering and more financial ruin for Britain?

I guess we will leave the Afghan and Iraq messes we started in your hands :angels::thefinger

A lot of people never forgave the fact that he become prime minister without being elected by them (a little deal he had with Blair) and then the country being in bad shape whilst he was in charge just made things worse for him. He needed to go so Labour could have a new fresh start as people will forever associate him with his association to Blair and the undemocratic way he gor into No10. David Miliband for new leader and next PM!
