Not a conservative but I thought I'd put in my take on it anyway. There is less than a 5% chance Hillary will pick Bernie (or any other legitimate liberal) to be her running mate! She will pick someone as moderate as she is or even more conservative. The choice will be made to help pick up a "purple" state or three. She won't need Bernie to win all the "blue" states and he hurts her in "purple" & "red" states. There's a half dozen "swing" states that will determine the winner and VP choice is almost always based on that. Actually if he had any real popularity Jim Webb would have been a good candidate for VP running mate.
